Credit Card Security
Online shopping could not be any easier. We have very strict policy on credit card security. My Party Planet uses the latest encryption technology, processed by HSBC Banks Secure Server.
My Party Planet accepts all major credit & Debit cards. We incur handling fee on each transactions by HSBC. Please note the total amount payable by you will be the same regardless of which credit or debit card used.
Security Information Policy
My Party Planet does not disclose any information to a third party. Once the order is placed the bank details are automatically transferred to the HSBC Bank secure Server. Even we don't get to see the customer's card details. Delivery details are forwarded to our warehouse to dispatch the order.
Prices
Please note the prices displayed are in pound sterling & inclusive of VAT. However if you are paying by a credit or debit card which is not in pound sterling please note your balance may vary by service & exchange rate charges, imposed by your bank.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you have 14 working days from the date on your receipt to return the goods in an unused and resale able condition, in their original packaging. Please note that My Party Planet does not refund any charges incurred for postage and packaging. Please also note no refunds are avaliable on overseas orders, tailor made costumes/mascots and personalised items such as personalised balloons.
Damaged Goods
The dispatchment of all our items is closely monitored. However, in an unlikely event the goods may have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
Non- Stock Items
Our warehouse is equipped with 100% of the products we have on our website. If you have ordered an item, currently out of stock, we will contact you. You will have the choice to cancel your order, place a back order or chose an alternative.
Delivery
Same day dispatch
My Party Planet will despatch any credit or debit card order on the day of receipt, providing we received the order before 3pm (Monday- Friday). All orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard Delivery
Standard 1st Class Royal Mail delivery £3.95. Please note Royal Mail DO NOT accept any responsibility if the parcel does not reach you with 1-2 working day. To ensure next day delivery it is advisable to opt for Special Delivery. My Party Planet can only deal with lost item after 21 days of posting.Please see Royal Mail Terms and Condition on www.royalmail.co.uk
For all Standard orders delivery will cost £3.95 to mainland UK addresses. All Standard delivery orders will be dispatched via the Royal Mail 1st Class Service.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is £6.95 to mainland UK.
Your order will be packed and dispatched on the same day providing we receive the order before 3pm. Express orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail Special Delivery, to reach you the next working day by 5pm. This service will cost £6.95 per order (MPP will contact the customer if the order is excessive in weight). If the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be packed and dispatched on Monday to reach you on Tuesday. For items under 2kg deliveries to:-
Europe: £14.95
Rest of the world: £24.95
Heavy Goods
If your purchase exceeds 2kg weight, we will contact you and advice you of the postage and packaging charges.
Special Collection
All our 'Express Delivery' parcels have a signature upon receipt policy. If you wish to have your order delivered to your work, friend or neighbour's address, please specify in additional information when placing the order.
